  2. Entertainment options in minivans are really hot right now. They're just a little too hot in the 2014 Town and Country.

    The National Highway Traffic Administration is investigating multiple reports of fires in the charge hubs used for entertainment systems and personal devices. The hubs are located in the trim panels between the 2nd and 3rd row seats.

    The investigation will try to confirm the problem and, if neccessary, order a recall.

  3. FCA says it's time to dump the transmission pumps in 37,000 vans and SUVs.

    An internal investigation by FCA found their transmission pumps "may not conform to specifications" and can cause a sudden loss of propulsion.

    "Recalled are 2015-2016 Dodge Journey crossover SUVs, 2015-2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country minivans and 2016 Ram ProMaster full-size vans."

    There's no word on when the recall will begin.

  5. Some 2016 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravans are being recalled to make sure the third row seats don't fall off.

    The recalled vehicles were built between March 16, 2016 and March 17, 2016.

    "[The vehicles] have nuts on the third-row seatback that weren't torqued properly during assembly. The loose bolts may not hold the seatback, even more so in a crash."

    The recall is expected to begin on on June 30, 2016.

  6. Fiat-Chrysler (FCA) used expired primer to install the windshields in the 2015-2016 Chrysler Town and Country and 2014-2015 Dodge Grand Caravan.

    And guess what? It's doing a terrible job preventing windshields from falling out.

    "_The automaker says lab results showed using urethane with a primer that expired in July 2015 always passed the tests. However, using urethane with a primer that expired in January 2015 failed 100 percent of the time._"

    Shocking.
